Aspen Technology reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on October 25, 2012.
In 2012, five executives at Aspen Technology received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Mark E. Fusco, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.1M in total, which increased by 29% compared to 2011. 49% of Fusco's compensation, or $2M, was in stock awards. Fusco also received $750K in non-equity incentive plan, $737K in option awards, $600K in salary, as well as $5.7K in other compensation.
Antonio J. Pietri, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $698K, was in stock awards.
Mark P. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2012, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Manolis E. Kotzabasakis, Executive Vice President, Products, received $1.6M in 2012, which increases by 24% compared to 2011.
Frederic G. Hammond, General Counsel, earned $913K in 2012, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Aspen Technology's fiscal year ends on June 30.
