Aspen Technology CEO Mark Fusco's 2013 pay jumps 22% to $5M

Aspen Technology reported fiscal year 2013 executive compensation information on October 25, 2013.
In 2013, five executives at Aspen Technology received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Mark E. Fusco, Chief Executive Officer, received $5M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2012. 52% of Fusco's compensation, or $2.6M, was in stock awards. Fusco also received $800K in non-equity incentive plan, $981K in option awards, $600K in salary, as well as $9.3K in other compensation.
Antonio J. Pietri, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 19% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $900K, was in stock awards.
Mark P. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2013, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Manolis E. Kotzabasakis, Chief Technology Officer, received $1.7M in 2013, which increases by 7% compared to 2012.
Frederic G. Hammond, General Counsel, earned $925K in 2013, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Aspen Technology's fiscal year ends on June 30.
