Aspen Technology reported fiscal year 2014 executive compensation information on October 24, 2014.
In 2014, five executives at Aspen Technology received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
Antonio J. Pietri, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which increased by 82% compared to 2013. 53% of Pietri's compensation, or $1.9M, was in stock awards. Pietri also received $500K in non-equity incentive plan, $651K in option awards, $500K in salary, as well as $7.9K in other compensation.
Mark P. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 18% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $998K, was in stock awards.
Manolis E. Kotzabasakis, Chief Technology Officer, earned $2M in 2014, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Frederic G. Hammond, General Counsel, received $984K in 2014, which increases by 6% compared to 2013.
Mark E. Fusco, Chief Executive Officer, earned $600K in 2014, a 88% decrease compared to previous year.
Aspen Technology's fiscal year ends on June 30.
