Aspen Technology reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 28, 2022.
In 2022, four executives at Aspen Technology received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Antonio J. Pietri, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 77% compared to 2021. 52% of Pietri's compensation, or $7.8M, was in stock awards. Pietri also received $600K in non-equity incentive plan, $6.1M in option awards, $469K in salary, as well as $7.2K in other compensation.
Manish Chawla, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M. 68% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Chantelle Breithaupt, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2022, a 57% decrease compared to previous year.
Frederic G. Hammond, General Counsel, received $1.1M in 2022, which decreases by 39% compared to 2021.
Aspen Technology's fiscal year ends on June 30.
