Astra Space reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Astra Space received on average a compensation package of $24M, a 86% increase compared to previous year.
Chris Kemp, Chief Executive Officer, received $44M in total, which increased by 85% compared to 2020. 85% of Kemp's compensation, or $38M, was in option awards. Kemp also received $557K in salary, $5.9M in stock awards, as well as $104 in other compensation.

Kelyn Brannon, Chief Financial Officer, earned $23M in 2021, a 272% increase compared to previous year.
Martin Attiq, Chief Business Officer, received $14M in 2021.
Adam London, Chief Technology Officer, earned $13M in 2021, a 61% increase compared to previous year.
