Astra Space reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 28, 2023.
In 2022, four executives at Astra Space received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 90% decrease compared to previous year.

Chris Kemp, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which decreased by 93% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in option awards.
Adam London, Chief Technology Officer, earned $1.8M in 2022, a 86% decrease compared to previous year.
Axel Martinez, Chief Financial Officer, received $955K in 2022.
