Astro-Med reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 29, 2021.
In 2021, three Astro-Med executives received on average a compensation package of $694K, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Gregory A. Woods, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which decreased by 3% compared to 2020. 54% of Woods' compensation, or $621K, was in stock awards. Woods also received $410K in salary and $126K in other compensation.
