Astro-Med reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 29, 2022.
In 2022, three Astro-Med executives received on average a compensation package of $836K, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Astro-Med
Gregory A. Woods, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2021. 49% of Woods' compensation, or $698K, was in stock awards. Woods also received $224K in non-equity incentive plan, $444K in salary, as well as $55K in other compensation.
David S. Smith, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $683K, which increased by 22% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $303K, was in salary.
Michael J. Natalizia, Chief Technology Officer, earned $403K in 2022, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
