Astro-Med reported fiscal year 2024 executive compensation information on May 2, 2024.
In 2024, three Astro-Med executives received on average a compensation package of $768K, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Gregory A. Woods, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2023. 54% of Woods' compensation, or $689K, was in stock awards. Woods also received $98K in non-equity incentive plan, $459K in salary, as well as $40K in other compensation.
David S. Smith, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $649K, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $316K, was in salary.
Michael J. Natalizia, Chief Technology Officer, earned $368K in 2024, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Astro-Med's fiscal year ends on January 31.
