AtriCure reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 9, 2019.
In 2018, five AtriCure executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael H. Carrel, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in total, which decreased by 8% compared to 2017. 59% of Carrel's compensation, or $2.2M, was in stock awards. Carrel also received $823K in non-equity incentive plan, $714K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Douglas J. Seith, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which decreased by 3% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $850K, was in stock awards.
M. Andrew Wade, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2018, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
Justin J. Noznesky, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development, received $1.2M in 2018, which increases by 19% compared to 2017.
Salvatore Privitera, Chief Technology Officer, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.
