AtriCure reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 8, 2020.
In 2019, five AtriCure executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Michael H. Carrel, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.8M in total, which increased by 53% compared to 2018. 69% of Carrel's compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. Carrel also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $740K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Douglas J. Seith, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which increased by 15% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in stock awards.
M. Andrew Wade, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2019, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Salvatore Privitera, Chief Technical Officer, received $1.3M in 2019, which increases by 15% compared to 2018.
Justin J. Noznesky, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development, earned $1.3M in 2019, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
