ATRION reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 8, 2008.
In 2007, three ATRION executives received on average a compensation package of $541K, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Emile A Battat, Chief Executive Officer, received $936K in total, which increased by 32% compared to 2006. 53% of Battat's compensation, or $500K, was in salary. Battat also received $15K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $411K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $9.2K in other compensation.
David A. Battat, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $348K. 54% of the compensation package, or $187K, was in salary.
Jeffery Strickland, Chief Financial Officer, earned $340K in 2007, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
