ATRION reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on April 8, 2009.

Emile A Battat, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $816K, which decreased by 13% compared to previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $500K, was in salary.
Jeffery Strickland, Chief Financial Officer, earned $305K in 2008, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
