ATRION reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on April 5, 2012.
In 2011, three ATRION executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 129% increase compared to previous year.
Emile A Battat, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which increased by 260% compared to 2010. 40% of Battat's compensation, or $1.4M, was in stock awards. Battat also received $533K in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in option awards, $500K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
David A. Battat, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 34% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $750K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Jeffery Strickland, Chief Financial Officer, earned $364K in 2011, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
