ATRION reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 11, 2013.
In 2012, three ATRION executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
David A. Battat, Chief Executive Officer, received $4M in total, which increased by 268% compared to 2011. 43% of Battat's compensation, or $1.7M, was in stock awards. Battat also received $750K in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in option awards, $450K in salary, as well as $97K in other compensation.
Emile A Battat, Chairman, received a compensation package of $683K, which decreased by 80% compared to previous year. 88% of the compensation package, or $600K, was in salary.
Jeffery Strickland, Chief Financial Officer, earned $612K in 2012, a 68% increase compared to previous year.
