In 2019, three authID executives received on average a compensation package of $434K, a 52% decrease compared to previous year.
Stuart Stoller, Chief Financial Officer, received $588K in total, which decreased by 20% compared to 2018. 60% of Stoller's compensation, or $353K, was in option awards. Stoller also received $40K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings and $195K in salary.
Philip Beck, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $438K, which decreased by 74% compared to previous year. 67% of the compensation package, or $292K, was in salary.
Thomas Szoke, Chief Solutions Architect and Director, earned $275K in 2019, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
