authID reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on November 19, 2021.
In 2020, four authID executives received on average a compensation package of $600K, a 38% increase compared to previous year.
Phillip Kumnick, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total. 79% of Kumnick's compensation, or $1M, was in option awards. Kumnick also received $65K in bonus, $86K in salary, as well as $128K in stock awards.
Philip Beck, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $447K, which increased by 2% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $308K, was in other compensation.
Stuart Stoller, Chief Financial Officer, earned $365K in 2020, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas Szoke, Chief Solutions Architect and a Former Director, received $275K in 2020, which is the same as previous year.
