Autodesk reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 1, 2019.
In 2019, five Autodesk executives received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.

Andrew Anagnost, Chief Executive Officer, received $9M in total, which decreased by 27% compared to 2018. 78% of Anagnost's compensation, or $7.1M, was in stock awards. Anagnost also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $820K in salary, as well as $33K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $117,829 at Autodesk. Therefore, the ratio of Andrew Anagnost's pay to the median employee pay was 77 to one.
R. Scott Herren, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5M, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $3.9M, was in stock awards.
Steven M. Blum, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services, earned $4.1M in 2019, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Pascal W. Di Fronzo, Chief Legal Officer, received $3.2M in 2019, which increases by 15% compared to 2018.
Carmel Galvin, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $2.7M in 2019.
Autodesk's fiscal year ends on January 31.
