Autodesk reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 6, 2020.
In 2020, five Autodesk executives received on average a compensation package of $5.5M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew Anagnost, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 28% compared to 2019. 84% of Anagnost's compensation, or $9.7M, was in stock awards. Anagnost also received $935K in non-equity incentive plan, $904K in salary, as well as $51K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $114,999 at Autodesk. Therefore, the ratio of Andrew Anagnost's pay to the median employee pay was 101 to one.
R. Scott Herren, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.9M, which increased by 17% compared to previous year. 81% of the compensation package, or $4.8M, was in stock awards.
Steven M. Blum, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, earned $4.6M in 2020, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Pascal W. Di Fronzo, Chief Legal Officer, received $2.8M in 2020, which decreases by 13% compared to 2019.
Carmel Galvin, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $2.8M in 2020, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Autodesk's fiscal year ends on January 31.
