Autodesk reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 4, 2021.
In 2021, five Autodesk executives received on average a compensation package of $7.3M, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew Anagnost, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 36% compared to 2020. 86% of Anagnost's compensation, or $14M, was in stock awards. Anagnost also received $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan and $976K in salary.
