Autodesk reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 3, 2022.
In 2022, four Autodesk executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 50% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew Anagnost, Chief Executive Officer, received $22M in total, which increased by 40% compared to 2021. 95% of Anagnost's compensation, or $21M, was in stock awards. Anagnost also received $1M in salary.

Pascal W. Di Fronzo, Chief Legal Officer, received $4.2M in 2022, which increases by 13% compared to 2021.
