Automatic Data Processing reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on September 20, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at Automatic Data Processing received on average a compensation package of $5.2M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Carlos A. Rodriguez, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2017. 43% of Rodriguez's compensation, or $5.3M, was in stock awards. Rodriguez also received $185K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.4M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $64K in other compensation.
Jan Siegmund, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.2M, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Edward B. Flynn, Former President, Global Enterprise Solutions, earned $3.6M in 2018, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael A. Bonarti, General Counsel, received $3M in 2018, which increases by 30% compared to 2017.
Dermot J. O'Brien, Chief Transformation Officer, earned $2.9M in 2018, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Automatic Data Processing's fiscal year ends on June 30.
