AVALARA reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 29, 2019.
In 2018, three AVALARA executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott McFarlane, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which decreased by 3% compared to 2017. 49% of McFarlane's compensation, or $1.1M, was in option awards. McFarlane also received $657K in non-equity incentive plan, $450K in salary, as well as $62K in other compensation.
William Ingram, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $927K, which decreased by 12% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $330K, was in salary.
Alesia Pinney, General Counsel, earned $797K in 2018.
