AVALARA reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 28, 2020.
In 2019, five AVALARA executives received on average a compensation package of $5.2M, a 288% increase compared to previous year.
Scott McFarlane, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 383% compared to 2018. 62% of McFarlane's compensation, or $6.8M, was in option awards. McFarlane also received $822K in non-equity incentive plan, $475K in salary, $2.8M in stock awards, as well as $82K in other compensation.
Amit Mathradas, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $7.3M. 58% of the compensation package, or $4.3M, was in stock awards.
William Ingram, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.9M in 2019, a 318% increase compared to previous year.
Pascal Van Dooren, Former Chief Revenue Officer, received $1.8M in 2019.
Alesia Pinney, General Counsel, earned $1.8M in 2019, a 131% increase compared to previous year.
