AWARE reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on October 5, 2010.
In 2009, four AWARE executives received on average a compensation package of $454K, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael A. Tzannes, Chief Executive Officer, received $610K in total, which decreased by 30% compared to 2008. 68% of Tzannes' compensation, or $416K, was in salary. Tzannes also received $138K in non-equity incentive plan, $49K in option awards, as well as $7.8K in other compensation.
Edmund C. Reiter, President, received a compensation package of $558K, which decreased by 27% compared to previous year. 62% of the compensation package, or $348K, was in salary.
Richard P. Moberg, Chief Financial Officer, earned $328K in 2009, a 50% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard W. Gross, Senior Vice President, Engineering, received $320K in 2009, which decreases by 17% compared to 2008.
