AWARE reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on November 30, 2023.
In 2022, four AWARE executives received on average a compensation package of $397K, a 75% decrease compared to previous year.

Robert A. Eckel, Chief Executive Officer, received $443K in total, which decreased by 84% compared to 2021. 69% of Eckel's compensation, or $308K, was in salary. Eckel also received $67K in non-equity incentive plan, $55K in stock awards, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Mohamed Lazzouni, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $438K, which decreased by 55% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $284K, was in salary.
Robert M. Mungovan, Former Chief Commercial Officer, earned $382K in 2022, a 59% decrease compared to previous year.
David B. Barcelo, Chief Financial Officer, received $325K in 2022.
