AXT reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 12, 2010.
In 2009, seven AXT executives received on average a compensation package of $407K, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Davis Zhang, President, China Operations, received $538K in total, which increased by 68% compared to 2008. 48% of Zhang's compensation, or $260K, was in salary. Zhang also received $50K in non-equity incentive plan, $217K in option awards, as well as $11K in other compensation.
