AXT reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on April 8, 2011.
In 2010, five AXT executives received on average a compensation package of $694K, a 70% increase compared to previous year.
Morris S. Young, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 114% compared to 2009. 31% of Young's compensation, or $342K, was in salary. Young also received $198K in non-equity incentive plan, $337K in option awards, $204K in stock awards, as well as $27K in other compensation.
Davis Zhang, President, China Operations, received a compensation package of $736K, which increased by 37% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $280K, was in salary.
John J. Cerilli, Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, earned $588K in 2010, a 97% increase compared to previous year.
Raymond A. Low, Chief Financial Officer, received $530K in 2010, which increases by 24% compared to 2009.
Robert G. Ochrym, Vice President, Business Development, Strategic Sales and Marketing, earned $508K in 2010, a 53% increase compared to previous year.
