AXT reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on April 2, 2012.
In 2011, four AXT executives received on average a compensation package of $686K, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Morris S. Young, Chief Executive Officer, received $995K in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2010. 38% of Young's compensation, or $375K, was in salary. Young also received $207K in non-equity incentive plan, $239K in option awards, $144K in stock awards, as well as $30K in other compensation.
Davis Zhang, President, China Operations, received a compensation package of $854K, which increased by 16% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $311K, was in salary.
Robert G. Ochrym, Vice President, Business Development, Strategic Sales and Marketing, earned $458K in 2011, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Raymond A. Low, Chief Financial Officer, received $435K in 2011, which decreases by 18% compared to 2010.
