AZEK Co reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on January 24, 2022.
In 2021, six AZEK Co executives received on average a compensation package of $4.1M, a 73% decrease compared to previous year.
Customer Experience Ralph Nicoletti, Chief Financial Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 32% compared to 2020. 52% of Nicoletti's compensation, or $6.4M, was in stock awards. Nicoletti also received $1.8M in bonus, $674K in non-equity incentive plan, $3M in option awards, $480K in salary, as well as $78K in other compensation.
Jesse Singh, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $5.5M, which decreased by 85% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in stock awards.
Peter Clifford, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2021.
Paul Kardish, Chief Legal Officer, received $1.6M in 2021.
Jose Ochoa, President, AZEK Building Products, earned $1.5M in 2021, a 85% decrease compared to previous year.
Jonathan Skelly, Senior Vice President of, received $1.2M in 2021, which decreases by 81% compared to 2020.
AZEK Co's fiscal year ends on September 30.
