AZZ reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 27, 2020.
In 2020, five AZZ executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas E. Ferguson, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2019. 44% of Ferguson's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Ferguson also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $746K in salary, as well as $29K in other compensation.
Gary Hill, President and General Manager - Industrial, received a compensation package of $2.1M. 68% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Paul W. Fehlman, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2020, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Kenneth Lavelle, President and General Manager - Electrical, received $1.2M in 2020, which increases by 62% compared to 2019.
Tara D. Mackey, Chief Legal Officer, earned $976K in 2020, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
AZZ's fiscal year ends on February 28.
