BAB reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on April 17, 2012.
In 2011, three BAB executives received on average a compensation package of $215K, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at BAB
Michael W. Evans, Chief Executive Officer, received $290K in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2010. 86% of Evans' compensation, or $250K, was in salary. Evans also received $40K in bonus.
Michael K. Murtaugh, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $218K, which increased by 2% compared to previous year. 86% of the compensation package, or $187K, was in salary.
Jeffrey M Gorden, Chief Financial Officer, earned $139K in 2011, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
BAB's fiscal year ends on November 30.
