Bancorp reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 29, 2008.
In 2007, five Bancorp executives received on average a compensation package of $413K, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Betsy Z. Cohen, Chief Executive Officer, received $927K in total, which decreased by 41% compared to 2006. 46% of Cohen's compensation, or $423K, was in salary. Cohen also received $248K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $254K in stock awards, as well as $1.2K in other compensation.
Arthur Birenbaum, Executive Vice President Commercial Loans, received a compensation package of $337K, which decreased by 2% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $153K, was in salary.
Frank M. Mastrangelo, Chief Operating Officer, earned $310K in 2007, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott R. Megargee, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, received $285K in 2007, which increases by 44% compared to 2006.
Martin F. Egan, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $205K in 2007, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
