Bancorp reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on April 30, 2009.
In 2008, six Bancorp executives received on average a compensation package of $352K, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Betsy Z. Cohen, Chief Executive Officer, received $644K in total, which decreased by 31% compared to 2007. 66% of Cohen's compensation, or $425K, was in salary. Cohen also received $137K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $80K in stock awards, as well as $2K in other compensation.
Frank M. Mastrangelo, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $387K, which increased by 25% compared to previous year. 70% of the compensation package, or $270K, was in salary.
Arthur Birenbaum, Executive Vice President Commercial Loans, earned $337K in 2008, which is the same as previous year.
Scott R. Megargee, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, received $293K in 2008, which increases by 3% compared to 2007.
Donald F. McGraw Jr, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, earned $237K in 2008.
Martin F. Egan, Chief Accounting Officer, received $213K in 2008, which increases by 4% compared to 2007.
