Bancorp reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on March 26, 2010.
In 2009, seven Bancorp executives received on average a compensation package of $298K, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.

Scott R. Megargee, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, received $296K in 2009, which increases by 1% compared to 2008.
Donald F. McGraw Jr, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, earned $249K in 2009, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Martin F. Egan, Chief Accounting Officer, received $208K in 2009, which decreases by 2% compared to 2008.
Paul Frenkiel, Chief Financial Officer, earned $47K in 2009.
