Bancorp reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 24, 2020.

Mark Connolly, Executive Vice President Head of Credit Markets, earned $759K in 2018, a 50% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas G. Pareigat, General Counsel, received $577K in 2018, which increases by 21% compared to 2017.
Paul Frenkiel, Chief Financial Officer, earned $529K in 2018, a 61% increase compared to previous year.
Gregor Garry, Chief Operating Officer, received $382K in 2018, which increases by 43% compared to 2017.
