Bancorp reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 11, 2022.
In 2021, five Bancorp executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Damian Kozlowski, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2020. 49% of Kozlowski's compensation, or $2.3M, was in bonus. Kozlowski also received $851K in option awards, $750K in salary, $750K in stock awards, as well as $9.7K in other compensation.
Mark Connolly, Executive Vice President Chief Credit Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $595K, was in bonus.
Gregor Garry, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.1M in 2021, a 37% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas G. Pareigat, General Counsel, received $967K in 2021, which increases by 5% compared to 2020.
Paul Frenkiel, Chief Financial Officer, earned $918K in 2021, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
