L Brands reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 23, 2019.
In 2018, seven L Brands executives received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Nicholas P. M. Coe, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2017. 55% of Coe's compensation, or $4.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Coe also received $60K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $144K in option awards, $1.1M in salary, $1.5M in stock awards, as well as $513K in other compensation.
