Baxter International reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 26, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Baxter International received on average a compensation package of $6.2M, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
José E. Almeida, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2017. 43% of Almeida's compensation, or $6.7M, was in stock awards. Almeida also received $2.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.9M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $135K in other compensation.
