Baxter International reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 22, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Baxter International received on average a compensation package of $6.3M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
José E. Almeida, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2019. 53% of Almeida's compensation, or $8.4M, was in stock awards. Almeida also received $6.1M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $71K in other compensation.
