Bel Fuse reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on April 15, 2009.
In 2008, five Bel Fuse executives received on average a compensation package of $283K, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Daniel Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer, received $352K in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2007. 64% of Bernstein's compensation, or $225K, was in salary. Bernstein also received $35K in bonus, $68K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, as well as $25K in other compensation.
Colin Dunn, Secretary, received a compensation package of $322K, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $190K, was in salary.
Andrew Wong, Vice President Circuit Protection, earned $272K in 2008, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Dennis Ackerman, Vice President of Operations, received $235K in 2008, which increases by 4% compared to 2007.
Raymond Cheung, Vice President Asia Operations, earned $235K in 2008, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
