Bel Fuse reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 16, 2010.
In 2009, four Bel Fuse executives received on average a compensation package of $411K, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Daniel Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer, received $486K in total, which increased by 38% compared to 2008. 46% of Bernstein's compensation, or $225K, was in salary. Bernstein also received $48K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $187K in stock awards, as well as $27K in other compensation.
Colin Dunn, Secretary, received a compensation package of $437K, which increased by 36% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $190K, was in salary.
Raymond Cheung, Vice President Asia Operations, earned $369K in 2009, a 57% increase compared to previous year.
Dennis Ackerman, Vice President of Operations, received $350K in 2009, which increases by 49% compared to 2008.
