Bio-Techne reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on September 14, 2022.
In 2022, six Bio-Techne executives received on average a compensation package of $5.2M, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Charles Kummeth, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which decreased by 3% compared to 2021. 34% of Kummeth's compensation, or $5.1M, was in stock awards. Kummeth also received $3.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $5.1M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $31K in other compensation.
James Hippel, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.4M, which decreased by 11% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $1.9M, was in option awards.
David Eansor, Former President, Protein Sciences, earned $3.2M in 2022, a 50% decrease compared to previous year.
Brenda Furlow, General Counsel, received $3M in 2022, which decreases by 34% compared to 2021.
Kim Kelderman, President, Diagnostics and Genomics, earned $2.9M in 2022, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
William Geist, President, Protein Sciences, received $2.6M in 2022.
Bio-Techne's fiscal year ends on June 30.
