In 2022, five BioAtla executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Jay M. Short, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.5M in total, which increased by 150% compared to 2021. 58% of Short's compensation, or $1.5M, was in option awards. Short also received $1.4K in bonus, $370K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $686K in salary.
Scott Smith, President, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 114% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $882K, was in option awards.
Eric Sievers, Chief Medical Officer, earned $1.2M in 2022, a 109% increase compared to previous year.
Richard A. Waldron, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.1M in 2022, which increases by 91% compared to 2021.
Christian Vasquez, Secretary, earned $605K in 2022, a 75% increase compared to previous year.
