BiomX reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 30, 2021.
In 2020, four BiomX executives received on average a compensation package of $748K, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at BiomX
Jonathan Solomon, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 18% compared to 2019. 49% of Solomon's compensation, or $538K, was in option awards. Solomon also received $140K in bonus, $339K in salary, as well as $86K in other compensation.
Merav Bassan, Chief Development Officer, received a compensation package of $731K, which increased by 106% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $320K, was in option awards.
Sailaja Puttagunta, Chief Medical Officer, earned $714K in 2020, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Assaf Oron, Chief Business Officer, received $444K in 2020, which decreases by 3% compared to 2019.
