BIOTRICITY reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on March 13, 2023.
In 2022, two BIOTRICITY executives received on average a compensation package of $889K, a 34% increase compared to previous year.

John Ayanoglou, Chief Financial Officer, received $892K in total, which increased by 107% compared to 2021. 57% of Ayanoglou's compensation, or $505K, was in option awards. Ayanoglou also received $75K in bonus, $300K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Waqaas Al-Siddiq, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $887K, which decreased by 1% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $480K, was in salary.
