BIOTRICITY reported fiscal year 2024 executive compensation information on August 5, 2024.
In 2024, two BIOTRICITY executives received on average a compensation package of $908K, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at BIOTRICITY
Waqaas Al-Siddiq, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2023. 42% of Al-Siddiq's compensation, or $522K, was in option awards. Al-Siddiq also received $240K in bonus, $480K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
John Ayanoglou, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $562K, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
BIOTRICITY's fiscal year ends on March 31.
