Bioventus reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 27, 2023.
In 2022, four Bioventus executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 66% decrease compared to previous year.

Kenneth M. Reali, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.4M in total, which decreased by 65% compared to 2021. 50% of Reali's compensation, or $2.2M, was in option awards. Reali also received $737K in salary, $1.5M in stock awards, as well as $22K in other compensation.
Mark Singleton, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M. 46% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in option awards.
John E. Nosenzo, Former Senior Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2022, a 40% decrease compared to previous year.
Alessandra Pavesio, Chief Scientific Officer, received $2M in 2022.
