Black Hills reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 17, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Black Hills received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Linden R. Evans, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.4M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2020. 50% of Evans' compensation, or $2.2M, was in stock awards. Evans also received $708K in non-equity incentive plan, $819K in salary, as well as $675K in other compensation.

Brian G. Iverson, General Counsel, received $1.3M in 2021, which increases by 2% compared to 2020.
Erik D. Keller, Sr. Vice President - Chief Information Officer, earned $892K in 2021.
