Blackbaud reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on April 29, 2011.
In 2008, six Blackbaud executives received on average a compensation package of $940K, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Marc E. Chardon, Chief Executive Officer, received $2M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2007. 28% of Chardon's compensation, or $564K, was in salary. Charles T. Cumbaa, President Enterprise Customer Business Unit, earned $607K in 2008, a 55% decrease compared to previous year.
Louis J. Attanasi, Senior Vice President Products, received $553K in 2008, which decreases by 52% compared to 2007.
